What’s the difference between a SEBI lawyer and a business lawyer?

I'm want know about something that might be very basic to some but is a little bit confusing to me. I keep hearing about SEBI lawyers and business lawyers, but I’m not sure how they’re different. I know SEBI has to do with securities and stock markets, but when would you actually need a SEBI lawyer vs. a general business lawyer? Anyone who could explain it in simple terms?
